Retreats come in many forms across a variety of cultures these days. I have been lucky enough to work directly 1 on 1 in a retreat format with space holders before. They have been some of the most pivotal moments in my journey.

In this Soul Reset, you will have my undivided attention for 7 hours.

It would be my honour to facilitate this transformational opportunity for you.

Agenda Example & Flow Bespoke To You:

  • Intuitive & divination reading of your current field energetics, to discover where you are at & best intentions to focus on.

    We look elementally at your strengths & weaknesses currently, while orchestrating the best flow / programme for the rest of the day.

  • (Body / Fascia / Mind / Movement)

    Specific prescribed Medical Qigong forms taught to you based on your elemental balance requirements.

    We will spend around an hour in a focussed Qigong class that is challenging, opening, but also instructive, to allow you to take home a movement sequence that supports your needs.

  • (Spirit / Energy / Emotions / Mind)

    Energy, Entity & Attachment Clearing with Soul & Power Retrieval to restore you back to your authentic vibration. This can be combined with a Womb Session for those who need focus on that area.

  • (Body / Detox, Mind Resilience)

    You will have your own Sauna to physically detox & support the processing of the Spirit & Energy Work that has already been completed.

    Having a sauna in a Medicine Wheel has been very potent for me personally.

  • (Soul, Mind, Ancestry, Direction & Path)

    Here we get into where your Soul is at and what it is seeking and needing. Answer how you can live a more soul aligned life, remove what is blocking it.

    We can open a constellation if needed to support larger energetics like Business, Ancestry or Soul Contracts, along with being mentored about your Spiritual Path or Practice.

  • (Mind, Body & Spirit Reset)

    Those who know me can pick and choose how to navigate the day if they want another modality I offer.

    Such as Sound Healing, Plant Ceremony, Guided Meditation, Taoist Massage or Elven Crystal Healing.

    These could be a good way to finish the day if Mentoring or a Constellation is not desired.

  • (Purify & Refresh)

    Allow the Salt Water to cleanse, purify & support the integration of your Soul Reset experience.

    I live walking / riding distance to the beach, it will be a nice way to close out the day.

Retreat Disclaimer & Key Points:

》Dates will be organised with successful applicats, as this will only be offered once every 2 months.
》If you are subject to possible, or have had previous episodes of Psychosis, this retreat is dangerous and not suited to you.
》This experience will not always be available, so planning ahead is very important, if you are interested, please apply. It will be assessed by spirit if it suits the both of us, then we can figure out the timing. As it is one on one, opportunities will be limited.
》This retreat may send you into a process, which is solely your responsibility to continue working with a therapist for ongoing maintenance and sessions.
