A Journey from
Boy to Man
& from
Man to Magician
Obsidian Inner Alchemy
Lower Energy Centre
The Initiation of the Apprentice
-
The Lower Dan Tien, aka Cauldron, in the Sanskrit system relates to the Root & Sacral Chakras.
We spend 3 months purifying these foundations, as Men, we must acknowledge the inner work as ongoing & that how we move through this world is in direct relation to how Stable, Abundant, Secure & Empowered our lower spaces are.
Here we find alot of inherited & blood patterns, along with creative & self esteem blocks, that need addressing.
This is where the true bottom up awakening begins!
-
The Mirror of Truth.
Obsidian, a volcanic rock, found in many lands, including heavily in the Byron Shire, brings forth a powerful reflection into our Inner Worlds.
The Obsidian, created with Fire & Water, moves our Inner Waters to bring to the surface what needs witnessing & processing.
Bringing out of the Shadows, what has been hidden & buried.
-
Scroll below as to Why Tarot is studied...
Yet, in this level we take our Altar & Tarot work into discovered deeper aspects of how we relate to the world.
Through Elemental & Archetypal Wisdom, we quickly discover where we need to focus our ritual work for Transformation & Empowerment.
-
Over the weekend in person, you receive a comprehensive Altar Pack & you are taught how to work with the Ritual Items, The Tarot, Obsidian & more, to inflict personal change at Will.
The Altar is a place for personal inner alchemical work, self care & love for transformation.
The Altar brings back a sense of reconnection to the Divine Arts & upgrades everyones personal sacred practice.

This 4 week online course I gift to all Men who join Emperor, as Discipline must be a foundation.
Our true ability to stay committed, cycles, like everything in life.
This course has strong foundations to get you focussed with your Practice.
If you cannot stick to your own promises to yourself:
Your Word Holds No Power.
Your friends, your family, colleagues, children & associates won’t trust or take you seriously, as even you do not believe what you say.
If you strive to reach more potential and you can be avoidant, complacent or find your personal practice difficult.
Path of Discipline will be the add on that supports your true connection to your practice at home.
Knights of the Rose
Middle Energy Centre (Heart)
The Initiation of the Knight
-
Watching a man open his heart, brings a full power Intuitive & Psychic ability to their forefront. Iv witnessed this & it blows me away.
Men in their Heart Power, can truly witness truth & decipher deception. Discernment is a skill that all great space holders must have & Fathers for the next generation.
With so many inversions and falsehoods in our realm, plus we get stuck in patterns of old, toxic family & relationship dynamics, our heart closes. We need more awareness, healing & a brotherhood to belong to, so we can train this muscle into its full power!
-
Rose has been a formidable allie for me.
Iv been told off, scorned & pricked by her Thorns, while being held in her bloom & beauty, again & again.
Men have gone to War over Roses & Beauty, ruined their lives over uncontrollable desires.
True Men of the Rose are able to sustain an Inner Power, that Men who beat their chest & ice bath every week, will never reach.
Awakening to Inner Power requires many different angles of touch, support & awareness… allowing Rose into my life has astronomically changed my perception of it.
-
In this level we begin our journey with the Minor Arcana of Journey, Numerology & the Elemental journey through our Inner Waters & Earth Elements.
We build on what we learn in Obsidian, to deepen our relationship to these Archetypes & how it relates to our lives & inner terrain.
-
In this level we are focussing on The Chalice of the Heart, the vessel & how to support it with intention, love & ritual.
We allow a space for weaving new templates into our heart, so we can remember the love that lies within & share it as a legacy for our bloodline.
-
To become a Knight is an honour.
In Medieval times, we recognised ourselves as contributors to the community, protectors of the realm, in service to the Divine & connected to a deep purpose.
Today, this Initiation, brings forth a recognition of being someone who can utilise their Energy for safeguarding Sacred Teachings & our Women & Children.
This supports our ability to connect to our Inner Authority, moving forward with our Soul Mission, in right relationship to the Divine & Spirit.
The Sword of Truth
Upper Energy Centre
Self Actualisation as The King of your Domain.
-
Now that we have established a true foundation from the ground to the heart, we can begin to awaken the mind & spirit…
We can truly witness the light & shadow, the manipulation & our power, simultaneously, while maintaining a sacred neutral to it all.
In this place we influence the world & are unaffected by it. Creating change by holding a frequency, rather than falling in the trap of being subservient to our environment.
We recognise our power.
-
Now with laser vision, like that of a sword, we take ourselves into the higher dimensions of experience, so we can vibrate on a completely different vibration.
Holding a bigger space & a new level of consciousness, we now can command our domain, as the Kings of our Domain.
-
In this level we continue our journey with the Minor Arcana of Journey, Numerology & the Elemental journey through our Inner Air & Fire Elements.
We build on what we learned earlier, to deepen our relationship to these Archetypes & how it relates to our lives & inner terrain.
By this stage we will intimately know 3/4s of The Tarot & be very well accomplished in working with it for many purposes.
-
The Sword of Truth
We now are in the depths of true boundary holding, not just with humans, but Spirits, Thought Forms, Attack, Shadow & Oppression. We comprehend our FIRE & utilise it for creating the Soul Aligned life we intended for this incarnation.
Direction clear & we walk our path.
-
As we have moved through each Dan Tien (Energy Centre), the 3 Cauldrons, the full Minor Arcana & The Court Cards of the Tarot, we are now in a space of comprehending our Elemental make up, our strengths, weaknesses & how to navigate life with more purpose.
Now we do not need an external source, we are in our power, we just need our Altar, our committment, our Sacred Time to go inward…
We have all the answers within & the tools to connect with them, bringing it to our Conscious Awareness…
This is Healing & Empowerment.

One of the biggest misunderstood areas of exploration is The Tarot.
IT IS NOT FORTUNE TELLING, or only for Divination purposes. A true Spirit Worker can weave with the Higher Dimensional Spirits of each card as an allie.
The origins of The Tarot are somewhat mysterious, ancient & it is a deep life long topic of study, rich in symbolism & wisdom far more than meets the eye.
It does not take long to recognise that its significance has heavily influenced Western Occult Magick for, at least, many centuries, even with much of our history being hidden.
The Tarot has obvious connections to Egyptian, Pagan, Irish & European Mythologies.
Why Tarot?
Researchers like Michael Tsarion call The Tarot:“The Book of Life” & along with many known occultists link its origins to the Emerald Tablets of Hermes / Thoth, while The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn expanded it into the modern world.
The higher aspects of The Tarot, is to be practiced with Astrology, Qabalah & Numerology, bringing forth four powerful templates for our personal journeys of connecting with our Innate Wisdom, Oracle & Power.
The Emperor & The Dragon journey gives Men a template to work with The Tarot in a experiential way, introducing them to the world of Elements, Archetypes & how it relates to their Life, Rites of Passage & Hero’s Journey.
The process in this programme, in conjunction with Ritual Items & Altar Work, has empowered the lives of many Men, including my own and we are now taking this towards a practitioner pathway.

This journey enables you to go deep into yourself and find your inner Truth; facilitating a genuine rebirth into your inner magic, enabling you to choose a path to walk with the certainty of knowing who you are, and the Destiny you are here to fulfil.
This programme was birthed by Sharon Bolt of The Temple of Shamanic Magick® & Shamanic Energy Training® after completing the 9 month journey with women for The Empress & The Dragon®.
The programme will be run in the White Dragon Lineage® Sacred Space Weaving template by Dean, a Practitioner of Soul Healing Arts who has trained with Sharon for over 10 years.
Each level of the programme launches with a weekend, and is followed by a 3 month container of support.
This provides enough time, space and encouragement for your inner transformation.
How the programme works
This is a mythical and magickal men's circle of power broken up into a three part programme. The first part of the program focuses on your Lower Dan Tien – your power center. We will spend two days, followed by 3 months of support, awakening, clearing and listening to our inner wisdom via exploration and discovery in training sessions, sharing circles, ritual and ceremony :
》Healing your family lineage so you no longer carry the emotions, beliefs and patterns that have been passed down inter-generationally
》Learning to listen to your body and heal yourself from within
》Elemental ceremony to receive your Scrying Mirror so that your practice begins in a sacred manner
》How to work with ritual and create your own healing altar
》How to communicate with crystals to awaken magick in your life
》Self-care and cleansing practices and rituals you can continue at home – these will be experienced during the training.
》Dietary guidelines to maximise your self-care and healing
On the first weekend we are working with the Black Obsidian Scrying Mirror and Alchemy Pack. Then we move onto the Heart & the middle cauldron with Rose & the Chalice. Concluding with Amethyst & the Sword of Truth for the upper cauldron.
We will work deeply with the medicines of each component and focus on self-healing, awakening, magick, clearing and letting go of the past.
Obsidian is a crystal that ignites the mirror within, the shadow that needs redefining and the traumas that call for healing. If you choose to embark upon this journey with Obsidian, you are trusting an inner knowing that you are ready to look deep within at the hidden aspects of yourself, calling to be recovered, remembered and reconciled.

“There is no doubt that we are consistently misguided, mislead, and distracted with so much information out there, and it is often rare to come across something that is truly authentic, let alone being able to distinguish from it. The wisdom, depth, substance and consciousness that lie behind these teachings is of unfathomable value which must be honoured and acknowledged.
Every man out there, no matter who you are, who you think you are or where you come from, who is serious and open to take on the challenge to make a significant impact in their life and the life of those around you, must explore this incredible course. It is bold, riveting, uplifting, healing, and much more!
This is without hesitation one of the best investments you can do for yourself, bringing awareness, clarity, balance, and harmony, and ultimately making a meaningful transformation for all the generations to come.”
“Undertaking ‘the Emperor and the Dragon’ program with Dean Benson has been one of those experiences that last a lifetime.
The tools, practices and insights bound together in a masterful course has allowed me to unlock a deeper potential, freeing mental burdens and lifelong handicaps. I feel more aligned, more connected and more harmony within myself.
I am so blooming grateful for Dean and this incredible journey. Thank you”
“This container greatly improved my awareness
I’ve noticed many shifts and positive changes in perspective, brining consciousness to my behavioural patterns that I didn’t even know existed.
Dean is amazing at understanding his group at a deeper level, bringing every member together creating a bond that feels tight from the very first day
The power of this container is beyond words, the work just speaks for itself.
”
“This is so needed in the world right now and Dean is the best person to help us men meet the true us and help us gently understand our blocks that prevent us from showing up fully for those around us, and ourselves
Doing this changed me, I didnt notice it but my wife did! In subtle ways .
I’m a dad with two daughters and this really helped me on my path as a better father for them and a better husband to my wife. I think men are lost and this provides you with a map, and empowers you to be your own compass.
Do it. Future you will thank you. I was actually nervous at the start about being in a group with men but it was a joyous, funny and deeply transformative two days where fellow course mates became brothers! ”
“The Emperor and the Dragon has allowed me to tap into my divine masculine and become a protector of the women of the world and the divine feminine”
“Emperor and the Dragon was as a truly transformative journey, serving as a catalyst for my personal growth and self-discovery. Dean’s exceptional skills as a space holder and facilitator elevated the program, offering profound insights into both myself and the world.
This experience empowered me to refine various aspects of my life, enhancing my presence and overall well-being.
This immersive journey proved to be a game changer, providing me with valuable tools to navigate life’s challenges with newfound clarity and purpose. I wholeheartedly recommend Emperor and the Dragon to anyone seeking a profound and enriching exploration of self-improvement and personal development.”
“Dean’s Emperor & the Dragon workshop was an incredible experience and will forever be remembered by myself as an important milestone in my life.
In today’s world, it is easy to feel lost as a man and this seemed to make sense of everything. Feeling the support of other men on a similar journey to self improvement and being the best versions of themselves did wonders encouraging me to be strong and keep working hard to do the right things.
I would encourage everyone to spend some time reading what is included, and if the calling is there to give it a go, you will definitely feel it as I did.
The tools and skills learned from this have helped me immensely to navigate life since and I am proud of myself for putting in the work as I am now seeing the results.”
